Only authorized SwissPlus ID personnel may amend your personal information at any time. All SwissPlus ID employees and contractors are bound both by the SwissPlus ID Code of Conduct and by confidentiality clauses in their employment agreements to not misuse personal information. Those who deal with SwissPlus ID and provide goods and perform services on our behalf are also bound by privacy and confidentiality agreements.

Is WebOnline secure?
The security of your personal information when accessing SwissPlus ID’s WebOnline service will require you to take specific measures to protect against unauthorized access. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring your username and password details are kept secure;
  • Only providing authorized personnel with access information;
  • Destroying any documentation we provide that may contain your log-in details;

Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
  • if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing the SwissPlus ID WebOnline administrator at admin@SwissPlusID.co.za
  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
